Gordons Has an order cutoff of Tuesday 10am for Wednesday shipment with an arrival around 12pm. When fresh meat is ordered the cutoff could be sooner as Poultry cutoff is usually Early Monday mornings.  Gordons prices do change weekly as they use Market Value pricing making it harder to keep track.
