Gordons Has an order cutoff of Tuesday 10am for Wednesday shipment with an arrival usually before 3pm. When fresh meat is ordered the cutoff varies, ill address that later.  Gordons prices do change weekly for meats as they use Market Value pricing. I’ll do my best.
